God looked at what he had done.
All of it was very good.
Genesis 1:31a
This morning in devotions we read from Psalm 57:8-10 (CEV)
I feel wide awake! I will wake up my harp and wake up the sun. I will praise you, Lord, for everyone to hear, and I will sing hymns to you in every nation. Your love reaches higher than the heavens; your loyalty extends beyond the clouds.
We talked about how this person was so excited to praise and worship God because his love is so great! We responded in praise with the song Dancing Feet. Then before writing time listened to a woman play some music on the harp and wrote about what it sounded like or what we saw.
Song: Dancing FeetCome into class to see what your child wrote about hearing the harpist's music. | Beauty and the Beast played on the Harp! |
God's love reaches higher than the heavens.
